What does this program include:
• A pdf with 8 weeks of training, 4 workouts a week. Each workout consists of a warm-up, strength circuits, conditioning, and accessory work. Every day has a different focus, which shows up in exercise selection and extra attention to specific areas of the body. Workouts can be done at any gym and will take between 1 and 1.5 hours to complete.
• Access to a private Facebook group where we will discuss workouts, have Q&A, and show that support and camaraderie to our fellow participants!
